We value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our print-on-demand products. This policy explains the terms for returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made on idealifeinter.us.

1. Eligibility for Returns

All of our products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Printify. Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
  • Item lost in transit
  • Incorrect item received due to fulfillment error

If your case falls under these conditions, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return & Refund Timeframe

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date you received your item
  • Refund Process: Once approved, refunds are issued within 14 business days to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe)

We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a return or refund request, please email us at support@idealifeinter.us and include:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photo(s) showing the issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)

Our team will review your claim and contact you within 2–3 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection
  • Items not returned within the 30-day period
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

5. Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered production (typically within a few hours after purchase), it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to stop production if possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:

  • Check your bank or PayPal account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@idealifeinter.us
