Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where do you ship from?

All our products are produced and shipped through Printify’s network of printing partners. Depending on the product and your location, your order may ship from the United States or the United Kingdom.

2. How long does order processing take?

We take 1–3 business days to process your order before it is sent for production and shipment. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your region:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

All timeframes are estimates and may vary during holidays or sales seasons.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to customers in the United States and United Kingdom. We may expand to more regions in the future.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our products are made-to-order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours after placing your order. After production starts, modifications are no longer possible.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return and 14-day refund policy. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos at support@idealifeinter.us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

7. What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@idealifeinter.us. We will investigate the issue with Printify and the carrier to find the best solution.

8. Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! Many of our products allow customization. If you’d like a personal design or want to modify an existing product, please reach out — our team will be happy to help create something unique for you.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through PayPal and Stripe, allowing you to pay with major credit/debit cards safely.
